Clients are expected to provide clear references and details at the start of the commission to ensure a smooth workflow.Sending me a link or yap about your favorite character is totally OK! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡✦ Cancellation & Refunds
⟶ Commissions cannot be canceled once the sketch has been approved/revised and the piece has entered the finishing stage.
⟶ Refunds are not available once the sketch is approved.✦ Payment
⟶ Option 1: Full payment after the sketch is approved.
⟶ Option 2: 50% deposit after the sketch is approved, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion.✦ Revisions
⟶ Minor revisions (small fixes) are free of charge max. 5x.
⟶ Major revisions (e.g., redoing the entire sketch after coloring has started) will incur an additional fee of 50% of the commission price.✦ Work Timeline
⟶ Estimated turnaround: 1–2 weeks, depending on the queue. It may be faster or slower depending on circumstances.✦ Delivery
⟶ Final artwork will be delivered via e-mail and/or Google Drive.✦ Usage & Rights
⟶ All commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use requires discussion and an additional fee.
⟶ Finished artwork may be used for my portfolio and posted on social media.
